writing elsewhere: palate press feature

During these chilly months, I’ve been hibernating with a few freelance projects. Although they have steered my attention away from this site they reward with fresh content on sites you may have yet to discover. 

The first of the lot is a feature I wrote for Palate Press wine magazine. I have written for this splendid publication before and always delight in the opportunity to work with their editors.
