I splurge on Greek yogurt at Whole Foods. I like the sour cream taste, thick consistency, and its adaptability to both sweet and savory ingredient additions. Craving something sweet? Drizzle with honey. Need a quick spread for crackers? Stir in some fresh chive and dill bits.
This yogurt obsession was quickly draining my wallet though. Then I found Cabot Greek Style Yogurt at Shaw's for less than $1! I trust Cabot for shredded cheeses, but would they win me over with their Greek yogurt? I bought the three available flavors of honey, vanilla and peach to find out.

These yogurts literally glisten. They are smooth, thick and creamy. In each, the signature tang of Greek yogurt mingles with subtle sweetness. The Vanilla is speckled with vanilla bean seeds. The Honey tastes floral. The Peach is loaded with diced peaches.
For this price, diveristy and flavor quality, this yogurt is surely on its way to being a staple snack.
